About Sahra
After working in the corporate world for a few years, I felt a longing to be of greater service to people.  Synchronicity took me to the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (now known as the International Professional School of Bodywork) in San Diego, CA.  IPSB offers an extensive and thorough approach to the study and practice of bodymind therapies, engaging the physical/ mental/ emotional/ spiritual.  I acquired nearly 1200 hours of training there, with a focus on relieving the physical effects from psycho-emotional stressors.

A desire for even broader healing resources led me to extensive study of Myofascial Release with John Barnes, Upledger's Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and the Visceral Manipulation of Jean-Pierre Barral.  Each of these has an intuitive component which enhances their applications.  Many personal growth seminars, along with Reiki and other energy therapies, Vocal Toning,  and Creative Visualization, have also contributed to my Intuitive Body Therapy .
